Someone pointed me in the right direction towards the latest version of MicroXP w/ SP3.
Installs in less than 6 mins
Docs and Settings < 4 MB
Prog Files < 3 MB
Windows directory ~200MB
Incredible Speed:
-reboot from Windows to Windows (in less than 1 min - depending on your HW)
-runs on 256 MB of RAM and PII/PIII w/out any problems
So, it is time to bring out your old computer and give them a new life w/ MicroXP
On a related note, when Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 2000, they introduced a version of Windows for corporate license owners called the Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs... well it should be replaced w/ either MicroXP or w/ the other distro: TinyXP.
